We offer seminars on any topic that matters to you and your team. Two of our most popular formats are our STRUCTOGRAM seminar and our telephone training.
STRUCTOGRAM-Seminar
The STRUCTOGRAM-seminar is ideal for anyone who wishes to discover their own strengths and use them to achieve success. The goal is to gain a clearer picture of oneself and more accurately assess other people’s personalities – for better teamwork and more pleasant client relationships.
Telephone training
In many companies and positions, it is necessary to communicate professionally, eloquently and purposefully on the telephone. In our telephone training, you learn what makes all the difference: tone of voice, expression and attitude. Additionally, you will elaborate your own guidelines for phone calls, which you can apply in practice immediately after the course.
LernPartner program
Our LernPartners are always deployed when you want to train many employees at different locations directly on the job – for example with regard to new systems or software. Our team of over 100 LernPartners can provide individual training sessions for your teams throughout Germany, even on short notice.
Workshops
Our workshops make learning a special experience, with all participants working on a task together. We like to be active, mix up our methods, exchange thoughts and thereby ensure that everyone returns to their workplace with new ideas, energy and motivation.
