Social inclusion in retail
For inclusion to succeed in the workplace, various factors need to come together. Most crucial of all are the positive attitude and acceptance that all employees show for their colleagues with disabilities. Our WBT is dedicated to this very aspect: It prepares employees in retail for working alongside people with disabilities and counteracts any inhibitions they may have towards them.
